Fun Fact: I love fashion and travel–I’ve visited San Lazzaro degli Armeni (an island in the Venetian Lagoon that is an active monastery) and I’ve climbed to one of the oldest temples (from the 15th Century) in Bali, Pura Besakih
About Me: After watching numerous asbestos cases during my internship with then Presiding Appellate Judge, Honorable Charles C. Lee, at LA Superior Court, I knew that I wanted to defend and help employees against large corporations. I began my legal career at a Plaintiff’s employment law firm in Burbank, defending employees against several large corporations including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Uber, Tesla, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, and Walgreens. I have educated and advocated for over a thousand employees in numerous employment disputes including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, wrongful terminations, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Loyola Marymount University with merit-based scholarships and earned my Juris Doctorate degree at Southwestern Law School with academic-based scholarships. During my first year of law school, I won 1st place in the school-wide negotiation intramural competition and became a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. I was later selected to serve as a Board Member of the program during my last year of law school. Throughout law school, I won state-wide and national negotiation competitions, including the 4th Annual National Sports Law Negotiation Competition (NSLNC).
As an Associate Attorney at Davtyan Law Firm, I continue to focus on employment law issues, while bringing experience, knowledge, and compassion to each individual employee I consult with. I advocate zealously to protect employees, with the goal to achieve justice for them through the legal system.

Based in California, we focus exclusively on employment law, protecting employees' rights. We handle a broad range of employment disputes including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, among others.
