Sona Arakelyan

Fun Fact: I can hula hoop for hours and have won competitions for it.
About me: I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, where I was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Co-Ed Law Fraternity. Later, I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to practice in May 2017. During law school, I served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Harvey A. Silberman. Additionally, I was the recipient of a Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Big & Medium Law Firm Practice.
In 2020, I joined Davtyan Law Firm as an attorney representing employees in a broad range of employment disputes. I am also a member of the California Bar and the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles. Also, I am fluent in Armenian. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, salsa dancing, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.

Based in California, we focus exclusively on employment law, protecting employees' rights. We handle a broad range of employment disputes including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, among others.
