About me: I joined Davtyan Law Firm back in 2018, back when we were a small team of 4. From the moment I stepped foot in the firm’s first office, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Under the firm’s leadership, I have been provided with all the tools and understanding to be able to grow from being merely an assistant to analyzing critical internal operations. I know that without the great team we assembled, we would not have been able to grow the firm to become the #1 Employment Law Firm in California!
Outside of the office, I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. When I am not in the office or studying, I spend time with friends pushing my limits through snowboarding, surfing, hiking, and racing.
Based in California, we focus exclusively on employment law, protecting employees' rights. We handle a broad range of employment disputes including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, among others.
